The product can be exchanged within a period not exceeding one day from the arrival of the shipment, provided that the product is in its original condition.
The product can be returned within a period not exceeding 1 day from the time of its arrival.
Refunds will be issued according to the payment method used at the time of purchase. For card payments (Mada, Visa, MasterCard), bank transaction fees will be deducted, and the refund will take 3 to 14 business days to process.
Items cannot be exchanged or returned if they have been resized, altered in color, or modified in any way.
Products purchased via installment systems (Tabby, Tamara) cannot be returned. Exchanges can be made for the same amount or higher, with the payment of the price difference.
For health reasons, items that affect public health (earrings, nose rings) cannot be exchanged or returned.
Upon the shipment's arrival at the company's premises, all shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Lenover Store reserves the right to cancel an order without prior notice in the following cases: (unavailable item, pricing error, or unavailability of the requested size) with a full refund provided to the customer.
Note: When requesting a return or exchange, a fee of 30 will be deducted for delivery to the customer and an additional 30 for returning the product to the store.
